What I Read in 2021

What I Read in 2021

I can’t lie, I’m a little disapointed that I only read 13 books in 2021. While non-fiction does slow me down a bit, I’m definitely going to make a conscious effort to read more in 2022!

My favorite book that I read this year was Group: How One Therapist and a Circle of Friends Saved my Life. I read it in one day and found it just so honest and relatable…and it kinda made me want to start group therapy.

The book Changes that Heal was a game changer for me. It helped me a lot after an unexpected breakup. In 2022, I’m looking forward to reading more of the autor’s books.
