What I Read in 2020

What I Read in 2020

Prior to college, I was an avid reader. I spent so much time at my local library growing up and I could often be found with my head buried in a fantasy or romance novel.

I didn’t read much for fun during my first two-three years of college, maybe one or two books a year. I worked in a library so I always was finding books that I wanted to read but I didn’t feel like I had the time. My senior year, however, I decided to make the time — because really, I had time, I was just watching Hulu instead.

Since getting back into the groove of it, I’ve been reading a lot, also, quarantine. My reading taste has definitely changed since I was in middle and high school. I now, almost exclusively, read non-fiction/memoir type books. I’m a huge fan of political and travel memoirs and I’ll read any book about a nonprofit that I can get my hands on! Here’s everything I read in 2020 and what I’d like to read in 2021.
